PanicAttackResearch is still alive!

Hey everyone, fret not! This blog is still alive.
And yes, I am doing well as ever. As a matter of fact, I recently had an experience of skydiving :)

I realize that when sufferers have been desensitized from their ordeal, they tend to stay in their comfort zone refusing to get out there... fearing that they might experience another panic or anxiety attack and they have to start all over to desensitize themselves.
But believe me, with this mentality you will never be free. You have to believe in yourself - challenge yourself.

You are unique, you are special. You must believe in yourself. If you can't do it, it is a sign of low self-esteem. If you do suffer from low self-esteem, do something about it. Read books or sites on building up your self-esteem. Show your worth.

Ok, aside from that I realize that my newsletter service, feedburner, has been cranky. I have been sending out emails for the past few months and to my surprise none of the subscribers have receive it. Therefore I am changing to a better and reliable newsletter service. So to all my old readers, please re-subscribe below.

There are several free ebooks that gives tips and information on panic attacks and anxiety. I believe they will be beneficial to all of you. And fret not, I respect your privacy - they will be kept confidential and never be revealed/sold to anyone. I also hate spams as much as you do. You will only receive tips and recommendations from me.
