Acupressure for Panic-Attacks and Anxiety

This video demostrates on using acupressure to calm yourself from panic-attacks and anxiety.

Another point that you can apply acupressure would be the "Liver 3" point. It is located on the foot, between the big and second toes, on the top of the foot. Find the soft area between the two bones where they come together to form a “V”. Gently massaging this point with the tip of your finger for 30-60 seconds (or longer).
