More Info on using the Ultimate Tip - "Blinker"

Here's an excerpt from wikipedia on panic-attacks:
"While the various symptoms of a panic attack may feel that the body is failing, it is in fact protecting itself from harm. The various symptoms of a panic attack can be understood as follows. First, there is frequently (but not always) the sudden onset of fear with little provoking stimulus. This leads to a release of adrenaline (epinephrine) which brings about the so-called fight-or-flight response wherein the person's body prepares for strenuous physical activity. This leads to an increased heart rate (tachycardia), rapid breathing (hyperventilation) which may be perceived as shortness of breath (dyspnea), and sweating (which increases grip and aids heat loss)."

So did you realize something?
For an example , you see an armed-man holding a knife running towards you.
Immediately, our brain sends signals to our muscles and such. Adrenaline is being supplied which brings the fight-or-flight response. You would either run or fight. And if you do manage to escape away from the madman, you would be trembling with fear.
Does that sound familiar to you? Of course! It is quite smiliar to panic-attacks. But instead of seeing the madman which trigger the whole system, it is our thoughts. A person who have panic-disorder worries about when will the next attack come, that is why he is always alert as adrenaline is being supplied constantly. Whereas for a person whom encountered his first panic-attack, it is usually his mind that is exaggerating things. As you know, our mind is a power tool. And the more you think about your attacks, the worser it gets. And the more worried you are in a situation, your brain tend to exaggerate it for the worse. This is exactly what happens when you're at the place you feel you are very likely to encounter a panic-attack. You just kept thinking about it. So you have to break the cycle!

That is why when you use the blinker, you have broke the initial stage of the panic-attack. But it is the after-effect after the adrenaline that is being supplied to your body - you felt the uncomfortable symptoms. That is also why I said you need to feel comfortable with the symptoms and to use the "Blinker" everytime any negative thoughts like "It's not working!" or "It's getting worse!" should be eliminated and you should pay full attention using the blinker to clear your thoughts!
